Former U.S. President Bill Clinton's 39-year-old daughter and her husband, Marc Mezvinsky, welcomed a baby boy on Monday, July 22.
"This morning we welcomed our son, Jasper Clinton Mezvinsky," the couple tweeted. "We are overflowing with love and gratitude and can't wait to introduce him to his big sister and brother."
The happy couple announced the birth of their 3rd child.
The newborn joins big sister Charlotte, four, and three-year-old Aidan in the family.
Chelsea announced her pregnancy in January.
