"Guardians of the Galaxy" director James Gunn officiated as the 45-year-old wed his longtime girlfriend Natasha Halevi last month (June 2019) at the Descanso Beach Club on Catalina Island, California.
Guests included Judy Greer, Jenna Fischer, Jennifer Holland, and "Gilmore Girls" co-star Keiko Agena and creator Amy Sherman-Palladino.
The dress code for the big day was "1920s disco ball goes to the beach", according to the bride, who encouraged everyone to "be fun, be fabulous, be colorful, be shiny, be awesome".
Sean also had a role in his brother's "Guardians of the Galaxy" movie.
