Joaquin Phoenix Has Proposed to Wed Rooney Mara?

Inside source claims that the 'Mary Magdalene' co-stars, who began dating in 2016, are indeed engaged just months after she was spotted wearing a large diamond ring on her wedding finger.

AceShowbiz - Joaquin Phoenix and Rooney Mara are reportedly engaged.

The two stars, who met while filming 2013's "Her" and fell in love on the set of 2016 film "Mary Magdalene" - in which Rooney played the title role and Phoenix played Jesus Christ, moved in together in 2017 and they were linked to engagement rumours in May after "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011)" actress was spotted wearing a large diamond ring on her wedding finger.

Now, sources close to the couple tell Us Weekly magazine the "Gladiator" star has proposed and the pair plans to wed.
