AceShowbiz - Jennifer Hudson received the thrill of her life when Diana Ross invited the Oscar winner to join her for an impromptu duet during a concert in Chicago, Illinois on Wednesday night (July 10).
The "Dreamgirls" star was enjoying the show as an audience member when the "Upside Down" hitmaker insisted Hudson join her onstage.
In a video the "American Idol" alum shared to Instagram, Hudson can be seen joining Ross as the crowd applauds.
"I did not see this coming...!" she wrote. "I went to see @dianaross in concert, at best I wanted a picture. So I surely didn't expect or believe it when they told me @dianaross want (sic) you to come to the stage!"
She added, "If @dianaross say for u to come to the stage, u come to the stage (sic)."
The fun didn't end there. Ross then enlisted the help of Hudson's powerhouse vocals for a rendition of her 1981 hit "Endless Love", a duet she originally sang with Lionel Richie.
