The "Smile" star made the shock confession during an episode of "Shopping with Keith Lemon" on Thursday (July 04), explaining it sits just under one of her two nipples.
"It's actually a real nipple," she said. "It actually gets erect when you stroke it. And it actually lactates."
She also told the comedian she didn't experience her first orgasm until she was in her 20s, adding, "I don't think a lot of women are having orgasms. A lot of women fake the orgasm. You might really really like someone and you might have been with them for weeks and then you think, 'Oh my God, this isn't going to work. But if I tell him it's because he's not doing it for me then what's his reaction going to be?'"
The singer revealed good oral sex helped her reach her first climax.
