AceShowbiz - Tommie Lee celebrated the Fourth of July with freedom. The "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star finally got out of jail on Thursday with her family throwing a welcome home party for the reality TV star.

Tommie, who was put in jail for beating her daughter at her school, took to her Instagram account to share a short clip of her inside a car seemingly on her way back home. She looked all glam in a plunging white-and-red outfit and a matching veil. "So thankful," she wrote in the video.

Another video saw her family and friends welcoming her at a party. the words "big sis home. celebrationns," flickered on the screen. Tommie, whose real name is Atasha Jefferson, later came to the screen before flashing a smile at the camera.

"I pray she comes home and focus on rebuilding herself and her relationship with her children," an Instagram user wrote in the comment section under The Shade Room's post. "Now don't get locked up again," another one added.

While previous comments saw people wishing her the best and being optimistic about her changing for the better, some others were the exact opposite. Assuming that she wouldn't have her freedom for so long, one critic said, "We'll see how long she can stay out this time. At this point im convinced she likes being locked up." One other wrote, "She going back in 3...2...1...."

She was charged with felony aggravated assault, battery and child cruelty. She initially faced 54 years in prison.

Last month, the reality TV star was arrested for appearing drunk in court for a hearing of the child abuse case.
