According to a source, the former 'Teen Mom 2' stars, Kaiser's dad Nathan Griffith and Jenelle's mom Barbara 'were all on hand to celebrate Kaiser's birthday' which took place on Saturday.

AceShowbiz - Jenelle Evans and husband David Eason had a blast over the weekend. The married couple, who temporarily lost their custody of her kids, reunited with the children on Saturday, June 29 for Kaiser's fifth birthday party.
The former "Teen Mom 2" star looked happy at the pool party which took place in the backyard of the home of the mother of Kaiser's dad Nathan Griffith. Also attending the bash were Jenelle's other kids, Ensley, whom she shares with David, and Jace who is from a previous relationship.
Since it was a rare moment for the couple, Jenelle understandably shared on her Instagram some photos taken from the party. One photo saw the reality TV star holding the birthday boy next to her while flashing their smiles. Another photo, meanwhile, saw the two joined by Ensley, who was all wet in her cute orange swimsuit.
In addition to a photo of Kaiser putting a candle on his Scooby Doo cake, the post featured a photo of David posing with Kaiser and Ensley. Jace, who is currently in the care of Jenelle's mom Barbara alongside Ensley, could also be seen enjoying the party as he pushed a mini car with Kaiser and Ensley in it.
"Can't believe you are 5 already! You might be getting older but you're still my baby. #MommasBoy #HappyBirthday," Jenelle wrote in the caption.
"Jenelle, David, Nathan and Barbara were all on hand to celebrate Kaiser's birthday," a source reveals to E! News. "Oddly, everyone got along. Nathan invited Jenelle and David. The party was held at Nathan's mom's home. Barbara brought along Ensley and Jace. This was an unsupervised visit."
This arrives after a judge ruled in May that Jenelle and David would temporarily lose custody of Kaiser, Ensley and David's daughter Maryssa after David allegedly shot and killed Jenelle's family dog Nugget for snapping at Ensley. The scandal also cost Jenelle her spot on "Teen Mom 2".
