In a teaser clip that the Canadian heartthrob shares on Instagram, he and the Cuban songstress can be seen standing so close to each other that they are only inches away from kissing.

AceShowbiz - Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello apparently have a new collaboration coming soon, and it looks sexier that their previous one. On Tuesday, June 18, the 20-year-old Canadian heartthrob shared on Instagram a short clip of what appeared to be a music video teaser for their still-untitled collaborative song.

The clip began with a shot of Shawn leaning closer towards Camila as the duo are only inches away from kissing, before the scene changes to show the "Treat You Better" singer looking away from the camera with a concerned look on his face. It is later revealed that the Cuban songstress is playing a waitress in the forthcoming music video.

Later on, Camila took to her Instagram account to share a different clip, which gives more insight into the content of the music video. In the clip, the "Havana" hitmaker is seen serving food to a couple of customers, but her eyes are locked to Shawn, who waits for her until she's done with her work.

Shawn didn't share any details about their upcoming collaboration, be it its title or its release date. And this just made his fans urge him to unveil the new project soon. Meanwhile, some of his celebrity friends were literally going wild over the teaser. "How dare u. How DARE YOU," Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic wrote, while Julia Michaels asked, "Did everyone just die from watching this?!"

Shawn and Camila have been teasing their collaboration since late last year, when the latter uploaded a black-and-white picture of him watching the former Fifth Harmony member play an acoustic guitar. "Canadian fury + Latin sass," she wrote in the caption at the time.

Their new collaboration will follow Shawn and Camila's 2015 joint track "I Know What You Did Last Summer". It reached the top 20 on the Billboard's Hot 100 chart and on the Canadian Hot 100.
