Legally a single man following the termination of his 12 years of marriage to Halima Rashid, the older brother of late Michael Jackson can now wed his 23-year-old girlfriend, Maday Velazquez.

AceShowbiz - Jermaine Jackson is officially single again after finalising his divorce.
A judge granted the 63-year-old singer and his third wife, Halima Rashid, a termination of their marital status on Tuesday, June 18, according to The Blast, leaving Jackson free to wed his 23-year-old girlfriend, Maday Velazquez.
In court, Rashid confirmed her ex had paid her a $500,000 settlement and she had waived her right for spousal support in return for shares in a water company the couple previously owned together.
Rashid filed for divorce in 2016.
The couple wed in 2004 and have no kids together.
