AceShowbiz - Selma Blair's son is showing off his barbering skills. The "Legally Blonde" star enlisted her 7-year-old son Arthur Saint Bleick's assistance to give her a hair makeover, which will help her survive the hot summer.

The actress took to her Instagram account on Friday, June 14 to share a photo of Arthur shaving her head with a pair of clippers. "Back to my roots," so the 46-year-old, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) in October 2018, wrote in the caption, referring to the short do she had during the early aughts.

"barber who still says butthole whenever given an opportunity. I love him," she added.

Fans in the comment section wrote some praises and encouraging messages for her. "You're such an amzing mumma, some days i just want to give up and throw the towel in with my brain disorder making me so tired and exhausted, but then i see you and it always inspires me to keep going and put a smile on my sons face despite how im feeling. You give me hope," one user noted.

"You have such big energy. It's contagious. Makes me wanna do something drastic (in a good way)," another fan wrote. Meanwhile, one other wondered if Arthur got himself a trim considering he also had long hair that almost covered his eyes. "I love everything that this photo represents. Very powerful and moving. Did it make him want to shave his hair too? Or the opposite?" the fan said.

Selma had been sporting long hair in recent years until she revealed about her health issue last year, adding that she could no longer lift her arms to brush her hair. She later chopped her hair to a shorter bob for several months. And now, her son is giving her another trim.

Selma is currently co-parenting Arthur with ex Jason Bleick. Just recently, she gushed over her son in a throwback Instagram post which featured the mom and son duo cuddling up in couple pyjamas. "That time we dressed in matching @rollerrabbitofficial pajamas. And we will do it til he says 'get your own sleep identity mom'. Loving it," Selma wrote.
