AceShowbiz - Wendy Williams is not holding back when criticizing William H. Macy, who was embroilled in the recent college admission scam scandal. During "Hot Topics" in the new episode of "The Wendy Williams Show", the 54-year-old TV host talked about William who was spotted in L.A. this week as he was preparing for his and wife Felicity Huffman's daughter Sophia Grace's high school graduation.
During the recent outing, the "Shameless" actor was seen with balloons, which said, "You did it!" and "Congrats, grad!", and a cake. Wendy thought that amid the scandal, William should have made the celebration private.
"Why is he out the house? Why are you pushing this celebration in our face, you alleged crooks!" Wendy said in the Thursday, May 30 episode. "Then he goes and picks up the cake. Why didn't you have an assistant go and do this?"
"I think they should be celebrating, but here's how you do it. You celebrate in your house with the blinds closed. You invite family members who actually want to come over, and you don't do it outside where the helicopters are looking," Wendy advised them. She went on saying that if she were Sophie, she wouldn't show up to graduation while her parents shouldn't even "think about" coming to the ceremony.

A new report suggests that the TV personality is begging his son Kevin Jr. not to get "caught in the middle" of the divorce by fighting with his dad again. "Wendy wasn't entirely surprised when she found out her son stood up to his dad in defense of her. But it doesn't mean she was thrilled about the fact that things went as far as they did," a source spills to HollywoodLife.com.
"Wendy has spoken with Kevin Jr. and explained that she understands where he was coming from, but made it clear she wants to handle this situation herself and doesn't want him getting involved like that ever again," the insider continues. "She appreciates Kevin Jr. standing up for her, but Wendy is a strong, smart woman and can handle this on her own. She doesn't want their son getting caught up in the middle of their issues."
Kevin Jr. was previously arrested for punching his dad following an argument over Kevin Sr.'s demand for spousal support from Wendy. It was said that before things escalated, Kevin Sr. claimed that Wendy was trying to "brainwash" the 18-year-old against him.
