The Philadelphia, Pennsylvania native, real name Akeem Mickens, died on 24 March, leading to an outpouring of tributes online from the likes of Kendrick Lamar and Lupe Fiasco.
Few details surrounding his passing were released at the time, but now medical examiners from the Montgomery County Coroner's Office have declared his death a suicide.
According to PhillyMag, the 32-year-old overdosed on antihistamine drug diphenhydramine.
The MC was awaiting his arraignment on March 25 on charges of child pornography, indecent assault, indecent exposure, and corruption of minors relating to an alleged incident with his girlfriend's daughter earlier this year.
