AceShowbiz - If a new report is to be believed, people loses one Hollywood couple. MTO News claims that Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk, who started dating in 2015, have called it quits.
An insider tells the news outlet that the "A Star Is Born" actor and the Victoria's Secret supermodel "aren't together anymore." The source continues, "An announcement of their split may or may not be imminent."
"Bradley has always wanted to keep his personal life private, while Irina thinks there ought to be a media release," adds the source of the 44-year-old Oscar-nominated actor. Meanwhile, the Russian stunner has "also been posing more provocatively in Instagram photos lately, and most recently attended the MET Gala alone (Bradley was supposed to attend)."
This arrives after it was rumored that Bradley and his "A Star Is Born" co-star Lady GaGa had developed something more special than being collagues. However, the source notes that the alleged breakup has nothing to do with the Mother Monster.
Back in February, it was said that Irina wasn't bothered with Bradley and GaGa's chemistry. "Irina knows that Bradley and GaGa are artists," a source said of the model, who shares a daughter with the actor. "It's a nonissue for her. They were in character putting on an Oscar performance."
The "Shallow" songstress also laughed off the rumors during her appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!". "You had such a connection with Bradley that instantly -- and I guess this is a compliment -- people start saying, 'Oh, they must be dating. They must be in love,' " host Jimmy Kimmel said.
Responding to that, GaGa said, "First of all, social media is, quite frankly, the toilet of the internet, and what it has done to pop culture is abysmal. Yes, people saw love, and that's what we wanted you to see."
"This is a love song, 'Shallow', the movie, 'A Star Is Born', it's a love story," she went on explaining. "It was so important to us that we were connected the entire time. I'm an artist, and I guess we did a good job -- fooled ya!"
