AceShowbiz - Earlier this month, "90 Day Fiance" co-stars Larissa Dos Santos Lima and Colt Johnson settled their divorce amicably. Details regarding their settlement were kept private at the time, but now The Blast has obtained court documents that gave more insight into the matter.
According to the documents, both parties didn't have to pay any support even though Larissa had previously sought spousal support. The exes also didn't have any community property, income, assets or debt to split up. In addition to that, both Larissa and Colt agreed not to badmouth each other on social media or in the press.
The documents did not disclose whether anyone who violates the agreement can be on the hook for major monetary damages.
Joining the sixth season of "90 Day Fiance", Colt and Larissa connected through social media before they met for the first time in Mexico and got engaged five days later. The co-stars wed on June 24, 2018. Less than a year after their marriage, Colt filed for divorce from Larissa in January shortly after she was arrested and charged with domestic battery due to their fight.
Following a series of back and forth on social media, the exes finally settled their divorce on April 1, as stated by his attorney Shawanna L. Johnson. "The motion has been taken off the calendar and agreement has been reached. Lawyers are in the process of finalizing the written stipulation to sign and submit to the judge," she said in a statement at the time.
She added, "The motion for temporary orders and gag order was vacated today by agreement of the attorneys in anticipation of submitting the final settlement and order to the judge." As for how her client, Colt, felt about this settlement, Shawanna stated, "He wishes Larissa the best in her future endeavors."
