Even though there are moments when Beth isn't sure whether she can live another day, Dog the Bounty Hunter promises in an emotional interview that he won't let his wife die.

AceShowbiz - Even though Beth Chapman has always put a strong front amid her battle with throat cancer, there are still moments when she isn't sure she can live another day. In an emotional interview with HollywoodLife.com, her husband Dog the Bounty Hunter has offered an update on how the star is doing right now.

Breaking down in tears, he recalls, "The other day she said to me, 'I'm not sure, but I could be dying.' She said, 'I want you to look where I'm at. I'm on the road, chasing bad guys with my family, Duane.' You know, when we're out there chasing bad guys we don't think about it. It's not even real."

Dog goes on crediting their reality show for helping Beth keep her minds off the battle she currently faces. "We just took off a couple days ago to do a three-week shoot and the first thing I thought about was, 'Oh my God, my honey's got cancer!' So I've got to keep her busy," he explains, vowing not to let Beth die. "I'm Chiricahua [a native American tribe] and I believe in G-O-D. That is my name spelled backwards and I've never had such a challenge in my life."

"I am there for her and I'm not going to let her die," the star, whose real name is Duane Chapman, says.

Beth was first diagnosed with stage II throat cancer back in 2017 and had to undergo an emergency surgery when it returned in November 2018. She reportedly began chemotherapy in January, but Dog reveals that they aren't turning to "conventional treatment" because "they don't work."

He expresses his frustration, "There's nothing, they've got nothing. They've got a bill to send you. It's a multi-trillion dollar industry, cancer, and they lie to you. Watch, some day they're going to get sentenced. It's criminal what they do."
