AceShowbiz - We don't always have to cry when it comes to a farewell. The prime example for that would be Kathie Lee Gifford's farewell party which was attended by her colleagues from NBC's "Today" show. Taking place at The Times Square EDITION on Tuesday, March 26, the bash saw the 65-year-old TV personality having a blast with Hoda Kotb, Al Roker, Meredith Vieira among others.

Kathie looked stunning in a white off-the-shoulder jumpsuit during the party. Meanwhile, she had her hair styled in a cascading ringlets. She was seemingly determined to celebrate the 11-year career on the long-running talk show in full happy spirit as she was seen smiling brightly in some photos taken at the party.

Also looking angelic in white was Hoda, who opted for a beaded white halter jumpsuit. She completed her look with an array of chic beaded bracelets. The ladies, who had been the best of friends ever since hosting "Today" together, were also snapped clinking glasses and even blending drinks while riding a Sweet Cycle bike.

Kathie announced her departure from the show in December 2018. "I have something to share with everybody. It's bittersweet as these things always are, but I have been here almost 11 years. Thought I would stay one year. Something happened along the way and fell in love with a beautiful Egyptian goddess and when it's our 11th anniversary I will be leaving the 'Today' show," she tearfully told viewers at the time.

Last month, Jenna Bush Hager was revealed to be Kathie's replacement. Of her new gig, Hager said, "It feels humbling and I can't believe it." The conversative co-host also revealed that her dad, George W. Bush, was just as happy as her. "My dad just wrote me three words, which made me weep. He said, 'Very proud dad,' which I'm like, 'What are you proud about? I'm just drinking wine in the morning,' " she said.
