AceShowbiz - Is Jenelle Evans leaving "Teen Mom 2"? The MTV reality show star reveals in a new interview with Us Weekly that she has considered to exit the show, which fired her husband David Eason back in 2018 over homophobic tweets.
The 27-year-old mom reveals that David has been urging her to leave the series, sharing, "He said, 'You should just leave.' He's like, 'Just do it while you can and get the income while you can." Jenelle further says that she does sometime regret her decision to join the franchise.
"It's like 50/50. Sometimes you regret it. Sometimes you don't," she admits. "I'm glad that I filmed as long as I did so far so people can look at my old episodes and maybe learn from my past and up to now.
Jenelle goes on opening up about her plan in the future. "As for my future, I don't know what it holds and I don't know what I'm gonna be doing." Additionally, she hopes to get "more professional jobs" as she says, "I would like to be more professional, get more professional jobs in the entertainment business. Maybe hosting," Jenelle shares.
The news comes after she jumped to her husband's defense after he got into yet another scandal involving guns. Kelli Britt Faulk, a North Carolina resident, recently accused the "Teen Mom 2" alum of pulling a gun and harassing her mother when she approached his home.
"Just thought you should know that the woman you pulled a gun on was my mom. The woman in that white car was my mom which is a real estate agent who was out looking for land," the woman posted the message to David and Jenelle's Facebook page. She detailed the incident in the comment section, "He chased her down with it like a maniac. My momma is nosy. And she wouldn't [sic] harm a fly."
While David has yet to respond to the accusation, Jenelle already did it for him. Calling Kelli's mom "a liar," the television personality said, "David had his phone on him and nothing else. But if she comes on my property again she will be charged with trespassing and harassment. And there's no land for sale on my road... once again another lie."
