Madonna Says She's Entitled to 'Free Agency Over My Body' in Response to Butt Implants Accusation

The 60-year-old pop superstar takes to Instagram to break her silence on rumors of her going under the knife.

AceShowbiz - Madonna didn't waste no time to respond to new plastic surgery rumors leveled against her. Just one day after people started accusing her of getting butt implants due to her shocking new curves, the blonde singer took to Instagram on Thursday, January 3 to hit back at critics.

Sharing a selfie of her from her surprise performance at Stonewall Inn in New York, Madonna wrote in the caption, "Desperately Seeking No Ones Approval......... And Entitled to Free Agency Over My Body Like Everyone Else!! Thank you 2019! It's Going to Be an Amazing Year!!" She additionally added the hashtags #2019 #freedom #respect #nofear #nodiscrimination.

The post was met with positive responses from fans. "True... why do we care about someone's butt really," one said, as another wrote, "I don't care for all the surgeries myself but it's not my life and not my body."

Rumors of her going under the knife first sparked after pictures and videos of her surprise performance at the historic gay bar made its way round on the internet. People couldn't help but notice that her derriere looked bigger and somehow enhanced. Later on, they took to social media to accuse the 60-year-old songbird of getting butt implants, with some likening her figure to the likes of Nicki Minaj's and Kim Kardashian's.

Following the accusation, plastic surgeons Dr. Anthony Youn and Dr. McCoy Moretz suggested to that the pop superstar was indeed having some work done. "I believe that mostly likely this huge change is due to buttock inserts in her pants, but if that's not the case, then a set of buttock implants appears to be the nest most likely explanation," Youn shared, as Moretz added, "In my opinion, she has gotten butt implants and not fat injections because there is just so much volume there."
