Detail Slapped With Sexual Assault Lawsuit by Aspiring Singer

A few months after obtaining protective order against the hip-hop producer, Kristina Buch files a legal action against him in Los Angeles Superior Court, accusing him of repeated rape.

AceShowbiz - An aspiring singer has filed a lawsuit against top hip-hop producer Detail after accusing him of sexual assault.

Kristina Buch and Peyton Ackley obtained temporary protective orders against the musician, real name Noel Fisher, in May (2018), after accusing him of forcing them to engage in sexual activities against their will, and in June, Kristina had the order made permanent, banning him from going within 100 yards (91.44 metres) of her for three years.

And now she has launched legal action against him, claiming he subjected her to violent sexual assault and emotional abuse for two years, while he claimed he was mentoring her career.

"This complaint, unfortunately, tells the tale of an aspiring musician who was manipulated, abused, and ferociously and repeatedly raped at the hands of a person she trusted, her supposed mentor, a critically acclaimed music producer," the lawsuit, which was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, December 27, reads.

It is unclear what damages Buch is seeking, but her lawyer, William J. Briggs, tells Billboard he believes they could be "in the millions, given the horrific sexual assault."

The producer, who has worked with the likes of Beyonce Knowles, Lil Wayne, and Jay-Z, has yet to comment on the lawsuit, but after the initial legal proceedings hit headlines in May, singer Bebe Rexha came forward with her own scary experience, alleging Detail "tried" to sexually assault her when she first started out in the music industry.

Detail hasn't responded to her story, either.
