The actor also known for his role as Jimmy Tolan on 'Justified' finds himself taken into police custody after crashing his car over the Christmas holiday.

AceShowbiz - Former "Glee" actor Jesse Luken has reportedly been arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) after crashing his car in California.

Police were called to the scene in Glendale over the Christmas holiday, when the 35-year-old was found behind the wheel of his Toyota, which had been driven up onto the curb, causing the airbag to deploy.

No other vehicles were involved in the accident, but Luken's front right tyre had been left mangled by the collision.

According to TMZ, cops ordered Luken to perform a field sobriety test, which he allegedly failed.

He was taken into custody and booked for DUI, and was later released.

Luken, who played Bobby 'Boom Boom' Surette in season four of the hit musical comedy series, has yet to comment on the incident.
