The song is uploaded on YouTube, garnering more than thirteen thousand dislikes as people flood the comment section with hatred messages.

AceShowbiz - Pitbull is the latest victim of online trolls after he released his contribution to "Aquaman" soundtrack titled "Ocean to Ocean". The fact that the self-proclaimed Mr. Worldwide is heavily sampling Toto's 1982 classic "Africa" on the song doesn't sit well with many people, who think that Pitbull did it very badly.

The song itself finds the rapper joining forces with Rhea, who takes over the chorus, as he spits about promising to show off his worth when people keep looking down on him. "I been overlooked, slept on/ Stepped on, left for dead," he raps. "But these boys will watch you quick and disappear like Bansky/ From ocean to ocean, sea to sea/ I'm something that you gotta see."

Pitbull posted the song on YouTube, and it soon garnered more than thirteen thousand dislikes as people flooded the comment section with hatred messages. Some even urged people to keep clicking the dislike button so that the clip could be the most disliked video on the platform and beat the 2018 version of YouTube Rewind which has 12 million dislikes.

"Who in their right mind thought this was a good idea? Now I just want to go back to bed and sleep [for] 20 years so I can forget this song happened," one commenter wrote, as one other simply dubbed the track "worst song of 2018." One other expressed his/her confusion over an article which called the song "amazing," saying, "Now I'm going to spend the next 2 hours finding it and reporting it as fake news."

One individual wrote, "As soon as I saw this was a thing, before even listening to it, my faith in humanity was lost... It was only restored after reading the comments." There's also one person who urged Pitbull to "stay out of Africa," jokingly adding, "I am revoking your passport."

Pitbull has yet to respond to the backlash. Meanwhile, "Aquaman" will hit U.S. theaters on December 21.
