AceShowbiz - Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett aren't officially divorced just yet. Even though the estranged couple has settled their divorce a month ago, it's said that a judge refused to give the official sign off on their split. TMZ first broke the news.

Los Angeles County Court later confirmed the news by revealing that their divorce settlement was rejected on Wednesday, November 28. As for the reason behind the rejection, it was reported that Kendra and Hank failed to fill out the jurisdiction date on the document correctly in addition to forgetting to complete a section of the papers.

Kendra and Hank's attorney did not immediately respond to request for comment.

The former star of "The Girls Next Door" filed for divorce from Hank back in April after nearly nine years of marriage. Hank responded with his filing and mirrored her documents on the same day she filed. Both cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split, listed their date of separation as January 1.

Upon submitting the divorce filing, the estranged couple requested joint legal and physical custody of their two children, Hank Baskett IV, 8, and Alijah Mary Baskett, 4. Kendra additionally sought the restoration of her maiden name. They settled their divorce in late October. The filing includes details about custody, support and property.

Even though the split has been painful for Kendra, she's been embracing the new chapter in her life that she enjoys so much: the single life. She recently took to Instagram to show how much she'd been enjoying herself lately along with a selfie of her relaxing on a grass field.
