Fergie also gushed over Kate Middleton and Meghan on 'Good Morning Britain', saying that the late Princess Diana might be so proud of her son's lovely partners.

AceShowbiz - Sarah Ferguson opens up about her feelings when she attended one of the biggest weddings this year, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal wedding in May. During her appearance on "Good Morning Britain" on Wednesday, November 21, the Duchess of York revealed that it was one of "nerve-wrecking" experiences she had.

"It was very kind of them, and I can't thank them enough for doing that because it was nerve-wracking," she said, referring that she didn't score an invitation to Prince William's 2011 nuptials to Kate Middleton.

She also remembered vividly the spectator's cheers upon her arrival which she deemed "quite extraordinary." Fergie recalled, "I sort of looked around like, 'Are they doing that for me?' Then someone went 'Fergie,' and it was the old Fergie back. I felt that sense of support from the crowd, which was very kind."

The mother of Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie also gushed over Kate and Meghan during her appearance, saying that the late Princess Diana might be so proud of her son's lovely partners. "She'd really just be so proud," Fergie, who was very close to the mother of Prince William and Prince Harry, said.

"Even before they got married, Diana would have been literally going, 'I can't believe these boys have done so well.’ They are such a credit to her," Fergie, who married Queen Elizabeth II's son, Prince Andrew, before splitting in 1992, expressed.

She continued, "I miss her, no one made me laugh better than her. I honestly think she would be so proud of the wonderful Meghan [Markle] and Catherine [Middleton] as well. She’d want to embrace them and say, 'You're doing well.' "
