Beth, the widow of All That Remains guitarist, has taken to Facebook to reveal that toxicology results also unraveled that anti-depressants and a sleep aid were found in his system.

AceShowbiz - All That Remains star Oli Herbert reportedly died of drowning.

Herbert was reported missing on 16 October, and when police officers conducted a search of his Connecticut property they found his remains in a pond. His death was reportedly ruled an accident, but a cause was not announced at the time.

However, according to a message from his wife on Facebook, the rocker reportedly died after he took anti-depressant medication and sleeping pills and fell into the pond. Herbert's wife Beth also reveals the rocker was self-medicating to treat his bipolar disorder.

"Good morning everyone this is Beth," the post reads. "And indeed it IS a good morning; Toxicology results are back as is the official cause of my husband's death! Cause of death- Drowning. Toxicology - Oli was apparently self-treating for manic-depression that has run in his family for several generations. Anti-depressants were found in his system, as well as a sleep aid..."

Beth also explains the public memorial that was set to take place at the Worcester Palladium in Massachusetts over the weekend, November 10-11, was cancelled because of "concern for (her) personal safety and home due to numerous threats to both..."
