Earning $42.5 million, the 'Modern Family' star nearly doubles the earning of second placer, 'The Big Bang Theory' actress Kaley Cuoco, as Forbes announces its 2018 list.

AceShowbiz - Sofia Vergara has been named the highest paid actress on TV for a seventh year in a row.
The Modern Family" star has kept her spot at the top of the annual Forbes list with $42.5 million (£33.1 million) - almost twice as much as second placed Kaley Cuoco, who hauled in $24.5 million (£19.1 million) over the last year.
"Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo follows in third with $23.5 million (£18.3 million).
Mariska Hargitay and Julie Bowen round out the top five, while Cuoco's "The Big Bang Theory" castmates Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch, Kerry Washington, Claire Danes, and Pauley Perrette complete the top 10.
