AceShowbiz - People were wondering why Tyler Joseph wore a mask when Twenty One Pilots took the stage at the 2016 American Music Awards. Many confused internet user asked similar questions such as, "Why did he wear mask?" and "I don't understand why he wore mask."
During the set itself, he belted out a mashup of "Blurryface" single "Stressed Out" and "Suicide Squad" soundtrack "Heathens". Towards the end of the performance, Tyler went to back side of the stage before leaping off his piano as explosions shot off him.
