AceShowbiz - Miley Cyrus almost broke the internet when she performed her hit "Wrecking Ball" at the 2013 American Music Awards. While people expected that she would do some twerking like what she did during her performance with Robin Thicke at the MTV Video Music Awards, they were treated to a cat-themed performance instead.
The former Disney darling's kitty-adorned two piece outfit was an odd choice for the heartbreaking song, let alone the footage of a giant cute animated cat which was shown on the big screen behind her. The cat was lip syncing to the song and crying diamond tears, seemingly to express the sad lyrics.
