AceShowbiz - Ahead of the release of her upcoming album, Lana Del Rey has previously announced that she would treat fans to not just one, but two new songs. The first single, "Mariners Apartment Complex", was released on September 12 along with its accompanying music video. The track was first premiered on Annie Mac's BBC Radio 1 program.

The music video, which was directed by her longtime collaborator and sister Chuck Grant, finds the songstress wandering around California streets together with her "Lust for Life Tour" backup dancers. They walk along a fence line and play with butterflies. There are also scenes of whirlpools in the ocean in between.

The song itself was produced by Jack Antonoff and is a dreamy piano-infused rock ballad. It features Lana singing about the power of forgiveness and second chances. "You're lost at sea, then I'll comman your boat to me again/ Don't look too far, right where you are, that's where I am/ I am your man," she sings on the brooding track.

The second song, "Venice B***h", will be released on Tuesday, September 18. Both of the new singles will be included on her forthcoming, which still doesn't have a title. The new effort, which is a follow up to her 2017 "Lust for Life", is scheduled to hit the shelves sometimes next year, though an exact release date has yet to be announced.

The arrival of her new music came after Lana announced that she would be postponing her Israel gig following backlash from fans and Palestinian activists. Taking to social media, she explained in a statement that scheduling conflict made her unable to perform in both Israel and Palestina.

"Unfortunately, it hasn't been possible to line up both visits with such short notice," she wrote. "Therefore I'm postponing my appearance at the Meteor Festival until a time when I can schedule visits for both my Israeli and Palestinian fans, as well as hopefully other countries in the region."
