AceShowbiz - Jennifer Garner made sure all eyes were on her for the right reason at the premiere of her new movie "Peppermint". The "Dallas Buyers Club" star attended the event held at the Regal Cinemas L.A. Live in Los Angeles on Tuesday night, August 28, just days after staging an intervention for ex-husband Ben Affleck.
The 46-year-old beauty oozed simple glamor in an asymmetrical black dress featuring a short hemline and a dramatic train. She styled her brown hair in loose waves and let it hang on her shoulders. She kept her makeup simple, while wearing bedazzled high-heels and some bracelets.
She was joined on the red carpet by her co-stars such as Cailey Fleming, Tyson Ritter and Annie Ilonzeh as well as director Pierre Morel.
"Peppermint" follows Riley North (Garner) whose husband and daughter are killed in a drive-by shooting by members of a cartel. When the killers walk free owing to corrupt officials on the cartel's payroll, she takes matters into her own hands and seeks vigilante justice against those who destroyed her life. It is set to bow September 6 in U.S. cinemas.
