AceShowbiz - A woman who accused Trey Songz of attacking her in February is suing the singer.

Songz was arrested for the alleged attack on Andrea Buera but the charges against him were dropped due to lack of evidence.

And now the accuser ia taking matters into her own hands, filing suit against Trey, claiming he choked and punched her several times in the face and had to be restrained by his bodyguards.

She alleges her left eye was swollen shut after the reported brawl and she suffered bruises around her jaw and shoulders, according to TMZ.

Buera is suing for her medical expenses and other damages.
