She accuses Michael Lockwood of 'feigning amnesia or ignorance' while battling over postnuptial agreement.

AceShowbiz - Lisa Marie Presley has accused her ex-husband of "feigning amnesia or ignorance" as he battles to get hold of a portion of her fortune.

Ahead of another face-off with Michael Lockwood in court next month, Elvis' daughter is keen to lock the postnuptial agreement the former couple signed in 2007 down to prevent him from taking her cash.

In new court documents obtained by The Blast, Lisa Marie has attacked her ex over claims he was not aware of what he was signing and never read the document when it was presented to him a year into his marriage.

She insists that Lockwood was "completely aware" of the terms, was "completely represented by counsel", and had every opportunity "to negotiate" the agreement, which currently states there will be no community property created during the marriage. That means Presley will get to keep everything she brought into the marriage and anything she acquired during the union - if the deal postnuptial stands.

The agreement also states that neither party will have the right to spousal support.
