AceShowbiz - Mac Miller is getting ready to release his forthcoming album "Swimming" this week. Ahead of the release, the rapper has treated fans to a freestyle track entitled "Inertia" along with a visual accompaniment.

The video begins with the Pennsylvania native setting up his keyboards and testing the microphone in his studio before flexing his bars. "Out of body, got my soul swimming/ Ain't no different good, heck, keep my toes twitching," he raps, referencing to his album title. "You know Larry been fishing since he in the womb/ This the scoop I'm the big dipper you little spoon."

Following the release of the song, Miller, whose real name is Malcolm James McCormick, took to Twitter to share details about the freestyle. "I made the beat. Thundercat played the bass. Sam Balaban put the video together. I'm playing my jupiter. Good times," he wrote on the micro-blogging site.

"Swimming" will make its way out on August 3. The 13-track effort will include previously-released singles "Small Worlds", "Self Care" and "What's the Use?". Fans are able to pre-order the album on all major streaming services as well as purchase official "Swimming" merchandise. It includes a simple hoodie and shirts, one of which has "Self Care" written on the front and back.

In support of the album, Miller will be embarking on a North American tour along with J.I.D and Thundercat. The 23-date trek will kick off on October 21 at the Masonic in San Fransisco and wrap up on December 10 at PNE Forum in Vancouver.

"Swimming" will be a follow-up to his fourth studio album "The Divine Feminine", which was released on September 16, 2016. The album received generally positive reviews from music critics and debuted at No. 2 on Billboard 200 chart.
