AceShowbiz - Mariah Carey shared the spotlight with one of her back up dancers onstage in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday, July 14 when he became engaged during her show.
The We Belong Together hitmaker paused her The Butterfly Returns concert at Caesars Palace and invited Manwe to join her onstage. The two then welcomed Manwe's boyfriend, Sumeet, and the dancer subsequently popped the question.
Sharing the happy moment in a video posted on Instagram, Carey wrote, "he (sic) said yes!!! Congratulations Manwe and Sumeet!!".
Carey is not the only singer who has helped her backup dancers get engaged - in 2016, Beyonce stopped her Formation World Tour show while performing Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It) to let John Silver ask her longtime dance captain Ashley Everett to be his wife.
