AceShowbiz - Katie Holmes has denied she has split with boyfriend Jamie Foxx.
A representative for the actress told editors at People magazine that claims made by online gossip site Radar Online suggesting the couple had parted ways were "100 per cent untrue".
It marks the first time the Dawson's Creek actress has addressed the relationship, which has been the source of speculation for over five years amid a number of romantic sightings but no official confirmation.
Radar Online reported on Wednesday, June 27, that the Logan Lucky star had been planning a wedding with the Oscar-winning actor but "had a sudden change of heart" and called it off, citing "trust issues" as the catalyst.
But Katie's publicist Leslie Sloane refuted the claims just two days later, insisting to editors at People: "The Radar story is 100 per cent untrue."
Jamie, 50, and Katie, 39, were first spotted dancing with one another at an event in The Hamptons in 2013, one year after the actress split from Tom Cruise, whom she shares 12-year-old daughter Suri with, following six years of marriage.
Since then, sightings of the pair have been few and far between, with the pair doing their best to stay out of the spotlight.
A photographer captured the duo walking hand-in-hand on a Malibu beach in September (17), while this year they have been pictured sitting next to each other at the Pre-Grammy Awards Gala in New York; playing basketball together on Valentine's Day in Los Angeles and dining out at Nobu restaurant in New York in April.
Sources told US Weekly in January that the pair were starting to become more used to the idea of a public relationship as their connection becomes more serious.
"They'd both been in public relationships before," an insider told the publication. "They care about each other a lot and they tried to stay as quiet as possible because they didn't want to ruin that."
