Brown and his former New Edition bandmates, Bell Biv DeVoe, will tour together this fall under the moniker RBRM.

AceShowbiz - Bobby Brown and his former New Edition bandmates, Bell Biv DeVoe, are set to hit the stage together again as part of an autumn tour.

The new show was sparked by the interest in last year's (17) three-part TV biopic The New Edition Story, which was a big hit for U.S. cable channel BET.

"It introduced us to a younger audience," Bel Biv Devoe star Michael Bivins says. "We were the Number One trending topic on Twitter three nights in a row."

But a New Edition reunion featuring Brown, Ralph Tresvant, and Johnny Gill was impossible to set in stone, and the four former bandmates came up with another idea.

"Since Ralph has his radio show and Johnny's been touring, a New Edition thing wasn't able to happen, we decided to put a group together and perform for the people," Brown tells Rolling Stone.

The RBRM tour (aka Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky & Mike), will begin on 6 September in Ontario, Canada.

RBRM previously performed in March, at Funk Fest 2018.
