AceShowbiz - Amber Rose underwent a breast reduction surgery back in January. Now, the model opens up that it was one of the best decisions she've made.
"I didn't start noticing until they started hurting me," Amber told PEOPLE of her 36H-size breast that went to 36DDD now. The 43-year-old buxom model went on saying she couldn't handle the pain any longer during her appearance on "Dancing with the Stars" in 2016.
"I couldn't move fast. It was like a backpack full of books on my chest," she shared. "My boobs slowed me down. And, my partner, Maks [Maksim Chmerkovsky], would be like, 'Come on! Hurry up, faster, faster, faster.' And, I'm like, 'Dude, I can't go any faster! I'm like in pain. I literally cannot move that fast.' "
All that led her to call on plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher to perform breast reduction at the top of the year. At first, the Slutwalk activist seemed to be doubting her decision. "I was scared that I wouldn't feel sexy anymore, I was scared to deal with the scars. But it got to a point where I had to wear two to three sports bras while exercising," Amber opened up.
But now, she couldn't help but gush over her new size. "Look at how much smaller they are. I really went down a lot," Amber raved. "It's like a dream come true to wear things like spaghetti-strapped tank tops."
"Now when I'm running out the door, I don't have to search for the right bra to fit within the shirt or to match the color of the shirt, so, it doesn't show and look gaudy," Amber added. "I can kind of just throw it on and I'm like, 'This is amazing!' I've been missing this my whole life."
She also said that she got a cellulite treatment on her legs and butt.
