AceShowbiz - Congratulations, Amber Portwood! The "Teen Mom" star and her boyfriend Andrew Glennon welcomed a baby boy named James on Tuesday morning, May 8. The baby is the pair's first child together and Amber's second child.
James was born at 1:39 A.M. and weighed 7 pounds and 11 ounces, according to Us Weekly. The newborn baby joins his big sister Leah (9), whom Amber shares with ex-fiance Gary Shirley.
Following the birth of her new little bundle of joy, the 27-year-old reality TV star shared a photo of herself and James. Baby James could be seen resting on Amber's arm, while Amber stared at the baby affectionately. "Just in time for Mother’s Day! Welcome to the world, James | @realamberlportwood1__," the official account of "Teen Mom" captioned the snap.
Fans flooded the comment section with congratulatory messages. "Omg so cute congrats congrats congrats u deserve all the happiness in the world @realamberlportwood1__," a fan gushed. Another added, "Congratulations to you Amber and Andrew to the best of your son. Wishing you the best."
Amber announced her pregnancy last November. She took to Twitter to announce the happy news, saying that she was "excited" as she was about the "little family" she was starting with Andrew. The MTV star also wrote the words, "We're pregnant," in the sand in a photo she shared on Instagram.
Amber and Andrew met for the first time on "Marriage Boot Camp". The couple later made their red carpet debut at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards back in August.
