The 'Spider-Man' star has given birth to 'a healthy baby boy,' and both mom and her son are 'doing great.'

AceShowbiz - Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons are officially first-time parents. The couple has welcomed their first child, a baby boy. Multiple sources tell PEOPLE that the 36-year-old actress gave birth to "a healthy baby boy" over the weekend.

"Everyone is doing great," one of the sources says of the family of three. Other details about the baby, including his name, date of birth and measurement, are not available yet as representatives for the pair have not commented on the news.

Kirsten and Jesse began dating in 2016 after meeting on the set of "Fargo" season 2, where they played husband and wife. The couple, who has been keeping their relationship low profile, got engaged in early 2017 after dating for seven months.

Rumors of her pregnancy started swirling in late last year after she was spotted with an apparent baby bum when stepping out for a business meeting in Los Angeles. However, it wasn't until early this year that the Mary Jane of Sam Raimi's "Spider-Man" trilogy confirmed she's expecting her first child with her fiance Jesse. At the time, she flaunted her baby bump in a series of portraits for Rodarte's Fall-Winter 2018 campaign.

She previously revealed her plans to start motherhood in an interview with Marie Claire U.K. "I'm at a stage in my life where I'm like, 'I've been working since I was 3. It's time to have babies and chill.' You know what I mean?" she said in June 2017.

Last year, it was reported that the couple was slated to tie the knot in Austin, Texas in the spring, and Kirsten already tapped her close pals, Kate and Laura Mulleavy, to create her wedding dress. "I can't imagine not doing it," she revealed at the Los Angeles premiere of her film "Woodshock" in September last year. Her sister noted that they hadn't started working on the piece, though, saying, "We hopefully will get inspiration and figure it out."
