Kiersten Pyke, who claims Sizemore groped her while she was working with him on 2003's movie 'Born Killers', is seeking at least $3 million in damages.

AceShowbiz - A woman who accused "Black Hawk Down" star Tom Sizemore of touching her inappropriately on a film set when she was 11 has filed suit against the actor. Kiersten Pyke claims Sizemore groped her while she was working with him on 2003's movie "Born Killers", touching her underneath her underwear during a scene in front of her mother.

In legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Pyke, now 26, alleges she suffered mental, psychological and emotional problems as a result of the alleged incident. According to her complaint, Sizemore was initially removed from the project after her allegations surfaced, but he was allowed to return to the set to complete the film and she was fired.

The woman is seeking at least $3 million (GBP2.2 million) in damages.

Sizemore denied the allegation last year (2017) when it first surfaced publicly.
