Nicolas Penzo, who worked for the rap mogul from 2015 to 2017, claims that he wasn't paid in full.

AceShowbiz - Birdman has landed in more legal hot water. his former property manager has accused him of shortchanging him. Nicolas Penzo has sued Cash Money Records executives and Birdman, real name Bryan Williams, claiming he worked for the mogul from 2015 to 2017, but wasn't paid in full.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the plaintiff claims Birdman and his company partners owe him almost $16,000 in unpaid wages. In the legal papers, Penzo claims he oversaw painting jobs, handled maintenance and cleaning as well as worked with contractors recruited to take care of electrical work during his time as Birdman's go-to handyman.

He is demanding almost $24,000 in unpaid wages and overtime.

It hasn't been a great year for the rap boss so far. His legal war with former protege Lil Wayne is rumbling on and earlier this year he was kicked out of his Miami, Florida mansion for defaulting on a $12 million loan.
