Evan reveals the gig was a dream come true for the big Bowie fan, but it turned into a nightmare after she failed to recall the words to one of her favourite songs. "All my dreams were coming true. My life flashed before my eyes. It's like if you love The Beatles and somebody went, 'Hey, would you mind coming in and filling in for John Lennon...?' And you went up onstage and you're like, 'All you need is...' That's basically what happened. I know these songs like the back of my hand, but it just was all gone," she continued.

Evan, who is a member of electro-pop duo Rebel and a Basketcase, managed to overcome the embarrassing flub, thanks to the energetic audience members, who had been singing along to every tune. "I freaked out in a #MoonageDaydream with the real David Bowie band," she captioned an image from the show, adding the hashtags "nowords" and "holys**tyouguys (sic)".
