Harry Moscatel has filed court papers seeking to be released from the rental contract he has with the DJ for the latter's Los Angeles home.

AceShowbiz - Calvin Harris' blind tenant is suing the DJ in an attempt to get out of a lease agreement. Harry Moscatel claims he leased the Los Angeles home Harris once shared with his ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift last year for $35,000-a-month after his pad was destroyed by a fire.
Furthermore, he paid a $70,000 security deposit and moved in, according to documents obtained by TMZ. But he now wants out of the lease, insisting it was never valid.
The 79-year-old is asking a judge to void the agreement, allowing him to cease the payment of rent to his famous landlord and get his security deposit back.
