Julian Dennison's character, who is so far referred to as The Kid, is assumed to be a mutant named Firefist who has an ability to create and manipulate fire.

AceShowbiz - "Deadpool 2" confirms that its ticket will be available on sale starting this Thursday, April 19. The movie announces the news on its official Twitter account through a new movie teaser. In addition to the ticket sales date, the teaser offers more hints about the upcoming movie, including the kid's identity.

"#WalkingDeadpool may be done, but you and me… We're just getting started. Tickets for #Deadpool2 are on sale Thursday," so the account captions the teaser. The teaser also shows some X-Force offshoots with Deadpool coming together to lead the new squad of mutants.

Judging from the ticket-advertising teaser, it is assumed that Julian Dennison portrays Russell Collins a.k.a. Firefist, a young mutant. The speculation arises when Wade Wilson a.k.a. Deadpool refers to Julian as "Russell."

Russell "Rusty" Collins was first introduced in X-Factor #1 in February 1986. He is portrayed as a young mutant who can create and manipulate fire. As he is still young and cannot control his power, he accidentally burns a woman that makes him get arrested. X-Factor is alerted and comes to help him control his power. Since then, he has been affiliated with X-Factor.

In addition to Ryan Reynolds, who reprises his role as Deadpool, and Julian, the cast includes Josh Brolin and Morena Baccarin among others. Josh plays Nathan Summers/Cable, Morena returns as Wilson's fiancee Vanessa while Zazie Beetz portrays mercenary Neena Thurman/Domino. Meanwhile, T.J. Miller is cast as Wilson's best friend Weasel with Brianna Hildebrand portraying teenage X-Men Negasonic Teenage Warhead. Also among the cast are Jack Kesy, who is set to play Black Tom Cassidy, and Stefan Kapicic, who lends his voice to Colossus.

"Deadpool 2", which is based on a Marvel comic of the same name written by Rob Liefeld and Fabian Nicieza, is helmed by David Leitch. David replaces "Deadpool" director Tim Miller after his exit due to creative differences with Ryan. The script comes from Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick and co-writer Ryan. Meanwhile, Simon Kinberg, Layren Shuler Donner and Ryan are back as producers.

"Deadpool 2" is set for a May 18 release in the United States.
