AceShowbiz - Tamar Braxton has set the record straight on her relationship status with estranged husband Vincent Herbert. On Tuesday, January 2, the "If I Don't Have You" singer took to her Instagram account to clarify that she's not reconciling with the music producer, just hours after the two were caught on camera traveling together with their son.
"NOPE! Sorry! Not together but since the craziness the other day, we DID agree to create a better environment for my son!!" Tamar shared on the social media before deleting the post. She continued, "Angry or not...it's about my SON!!"
The 40-year-old singer added in the caption, "P.s. we ALSO agreed not to speak on this anymore in public after this! My son can read and he's NOT dumb #2018goals #praymystrengthinthelord I've made LOTS of mistakes and I'm just trying to be a better person."
Earlier that day, the estranged couple sparked reconciliation rumors after they were caught on camera arriving together with their son, 4-year-old Logan, at LAX where she declared they're still a family. A seen in a video obtained by TMZ, Tamar said, "We're a family." Vincent echoed the same statement when asked about the status of their relationship, smiling and saying, "We're a family buddy. It's a new year. God is good."
This comes after Tamar and Vincent were spotted celebrating New Year's Eve together at an undisclosed location. An onlooker took to Instagram Stories to share a video featuring the exes ringing in the New Year together.
While the two appear to remain friendly by hanging out together over the holidays, it was recently revealed that Tamar got Vincent arrested and detained for several hours on Christmas Day for spousal assault. She recently also accused the 44-year-old music producer of cheating on her with another woman and called out "the whore" he allegedly got pregnant.
While Tamar didn't name the alleged pregnant side chick, rumor had it that the woman in question was "Basketball Wives LA" star Laura Govan, who was reportedly spotted going on vacation with Vincent months ago.
After being dragged to the drama, Laura denied the rumor, saying that it was her own ex, former NBA star Gilbert Arenas, who spread the rumor in the first place. She said that she's not pregnant and had never been with Vincent, who also noted the rumor was "not true at all."
