Is their feud finally over? Camila Cabello and Lauren Jauregui reunited backstage at the 2017 Z100 Jingle Ball, which was held on December 8 in New York City. It caused a speculation that they already ended their Fifth Harmony feud as they appeared to be on cordial terms.
A source told Us Weekly that the former groupmates were seen chatting after they crossed paths at Madison Square Garden. The source further explained that the two didn't give each other the cold shoulder, but they briefly spoke to each other before taking the stage instead.
Their friendly exchange definitely came as a surprise considering that Lauren slammed Camila several times since the "Havana" songstress announced her departure from the group late last year. For instance, it was assumed that Lauren took an aim at the Cuban native following Camila's interview with Seventeen magazine in May, in which she opened up about her split from the group.
Taking to her Twitter account, Lauren wrote, "Fake that confidence bih, one day it'll be real," adding a folded hands emoji. Lauren was not the only one who took a jab at the Cuban native, though. Fifth Harmony appeared to throw a major shade at Camila during their performance at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards, which took place on August 27.

Their performance opened with five girls standing on the stage, in which they were all covered in some sort of bubbles. When the music started, the four girls whipped off their bubbles and pushed the fifth girl off stage right away. Their performance became viral in no time. A fan took to Twitter to write, "5H that was very uncalled for. (they put a fifth person on stage and kicked them of trying to represent Camila.)"

To make things worse, an insider told HollywoodLife.com that it was nearly impossible for the girls to reunite as they felt like Camila "lied to them for ages before finally dumping them." The insider added, "There is definitely no love lost between Camila and the remaining Fifth Harmony girls."
