Amber Heard is single and more than ready to mingle. Seemingly unfazed by her recent split with Tesla founder Elon Musk, the 31-year-old actress was spotted passionately kissing a mystery man in Australia earlier this week.

In a video obtained by Page Six, Amber was seen in the middle of a steamy makeout session with her hunky companion on what appeared to be a balcony. The pair were seemingly too busy locking lips as they didn't notice someone recorded their saucy act.

According to the site, the video was taken by a potential buyer of a real estate in Queensland suburb who got more than an eyeful when looking next door. "Amber Heard was snogging her bf in broad daylight, they were really going at it," so the source said after capturing the sexy moments.

Amber is currently in Australia to film "Aquaman". Her filming schedule was one of the reasons why she broke up with Elon Musk in August. "Being in the public eye means having to explain yourself to so many people, so much of the time," she shared at that time. "In this case, I'd like to remain more quiet. Although we have broken up, Elon and I care deeply for one another and remain close. Thank you for the continued support, respect, and privacy during these difficult, very human times."

Confirming it, Elon wrote in the comment section of one of Amber's Instagram posts, "Btw, just to clear up some of the press storm this weekend, although Amber and I did break up, we are still friends, remain close and love one another. Long distance relationship when both partners have intense work obligations are always difficult, but who knows what the future hold."

Amber was previously married to Johnny Depp. She filed for divorce in 2016 and claimed that she had been verbally and physically abused by the "Alice Through the Looking Glass" actor. Their divorce was finalized earlier this year.
