AceShowbiz - Girls' Generation's Sooyoung graces the pages of Vogue Korea's September issue. One of the photos shows the 27-year-old singer sitting on a white chair wearing a sleeveless white dress with high slit.
In another photo, Sooyoung smiles widely as she dons a red long dress as if she's running through the door. A close-up picture shows the "Tell Me Your Wish" songstress sporting a striped white and red bandana and natural makeup.
The theme of the pictorial is "the biggest day of my life," and accordingly the interviewer asks Sooyoung what beauty meant to her. "I believe that I need to be comfortable with myself to appear beautiful to others. So in everyday life or in acting, I prioritize comfort," she replies.
During the interview, the "Holiday" singer also opens up about debuting when she was 12 in Japan. "When I thought about all the things I was missing that other girls my age were doing, I got upset," she says, "However, I realized that if I didn't go through that, I wouldn't be where I am now. Now all my moments and my present time is precious."
Sooyoung and the rest of Girls' Generation members are currently in talks with SM Entertainment as their exclusive contract recently ended.
SM Entertainment confirmed the reports with a statement, "It's true that we are currently in the process of renewing our contracts with the members of Girls' Generation. The majority of the members have already renewed their contracts and we are in talks with the remaining members."
An insider reveals, "Though we're still not sure if there will be any change, it seems as if they'll stay together as they've been doing well as a group for the past 10 years."
