The crew members working for 'Deadpool' sequel have returned to the set in Vancouver only 48 hours after the terrible fatal accident.

AceShowbiz - The cast and crew members of "Deadpool 2" are back on set only 48 hours after a terrible accident left a stuntwoman killed during the filming on Monday, August 14. 20th Century Fox declined to give any comment, but Jason Cameron, a business agent for UBCP-ACTRA, confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that they had been advised to resume the main unit production.

The second Merch with a Mouth movie has been shooting in Vancouver, Canada since late June. In the pictures from the filming on Wednesday morning, August 16, the titular hero played by Ryan Reynolds was seen sitting on a truck.

Pro motorcycle racer Joi "SJ" Harris died when doing a dangerous motorcycle stunt for the "Deadpool" sequel. She was a stunt double for Zazie Beetz who portrays Domino. Rumor has it, she had practiced the scene four times, but on the fifth attempt she lost control of the motorcycle she was riding. She ended up driving into a nearby building through glass.

Following the accident, 20th Century Fox said, "We are deeply saddened by the accident that occurred on the set of 'Deadpool 2' this morning. Our hearts and prayers are with the family, friends and colleagues of our crew member during this difficult time."

The lead actor, Reynolds, also sent prayer and condolence to the family, "Today, we tragically lost a member of our crew while filming 'Deadpool'. We're heartbroken, shocked and devastated... but recognize nothing can come close to the grief and inexplicable pain her family and loved ones must feel in this moment. My heart pours out to them -- along with each and every person she touched in this world."

"Deadpool 2" due June 1, 2018 stateside is helmed by David Leitch. Morena Baccarin is back as Wade Wilson's love interest, T.J. Miller as his friend Weasel, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, and Stefan Kapicic as Colossus. Meanwhile, Josh Brolin is added as the main baddie, Nathan Summers or better known as Cable.

Cable is the son of Cyclops and Madelyne Pryor. When asked in a recent interview if the villain storyline would include time traveling like it happened in the comic books, Reynolds said, "It is possible. Your answers will all be, they'll be soon. They'll be coming soon."
