AceShowbiz - Congratulations are in order for Evan Bass and Carly Waddell. The couple, who met in the third season of "Bachelor in Paradise", is expecting their first child together. Evan confirmed the happy news in a statement on Sunday, August 6.
"We are beyond excited for this baby to join our family!" Evan told ET. "We wanted to have children quickly and obviously we wasted no time :) My boys are so excited to 'guard and protect' this little one and welcome him/her to the tribe!" Calling it "mission accomplished," Evan added to E! News, "We are sooooo happy!"
While the baby will be their first child together, Evan is already a father to three children, Nathan, Liam and Ensley, from a previous marriage.
Evan and Carly said their "I do's" in a beach wedding in Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta resort near Puerta Vallarta, Mexico. Their friends from Bachelor Nation, namely Kaitlyn Bristowe, Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi, were among the guests. "The Bachelor" host Chris Harrison officiated the wedding.
