Bella rocked an off-the-shoulder black dress paired with thigh-high boots, while Hailey sported a plunging strapless black mini dress and pointy heels.
Kendall, Bella and Hailey were headed to a friend's birthday party at Cipriani. Scott Disick later joined the trio for some fun in the Big Apple.
